• Instant Sanction: An initial non-binding loan sanction based on preliminary customer data.
• Sanction Leer: A document outlining loan terms, shared upon successful qualification.
• Acceptance: Approval of terms via OTP, e-sign, email, or other digital methods.
• User: Any person parcipating in this digital process.

3. User Declaration

You declare that:

• You are providing information truthfully and voluntarily.
• You authorize KPCA GLOBAL LLP to conduct checks including KYC, income, employment, credit history, and others necessary for loan evaluation.
• You agree that documents signed via OTP/e-sign/email are legally binding.

4. Use of Information & Materials

• Content is for informational purposes only and not financial advice.
• You may not share or reuse the Content without written permission.
• Offerings may not be available in all regions and can be withdrawn at KPCA GLOBAL LLP’s discretion.
